A TV drama is a show which has a purpose to create a dramatic tension through real life scenarios which an audience can connect and sympathise with or compare to a situation they or someone they know have been in. There are also situations which don't occur so much in real life but creates a source of entertainment for the audience which they can find funny or interesting.

What TV dramas do you watch and why?
I like to watch Grey's Anatomy, this is because I am interested in medical surgeries. This programme is very fast paced and there is always something going on, this is another reason at why I like it as there is never a boring episode.
